Welcome to the page of the St Peter and St Paul Catholic School & Nursery PTA.
The PTA is the Parent Teacher Association – an organisation of parents and staff – and its role is to encourage closer links between the home and school. Whilst PTAs are usually best known for their fundraising work, it also has a very useful social and community function.
Every parent is automatically a member of the PTA, so why not get involved? It can be great fun to help with an event and it’s a great way to meet and socialise with other families in the school.
Two years ago we fund raised for 30 chromebooks that have been recently delivered and used by pupils
One year ago, we are fundraising to refurbish the Junior and Infant Playground.
Last Year we sponsored school educational trips, musical workshops, Ipod Cameras (due to GDPR new regulations), Year 6 Leaver School Party etc
PTA elected officers for 2018/2019 are:
Chair – Charlotte Walsh (year 3 and year 1)
Treasurer – Deborah Artieri (year 4 Year 2 and Reception) and Joanna Zurawska(year 2 and Nursery)
Secretary – Malaika Mwaniki (Nursery+Year 6)
Miss C. McGuinness Deptuy Head Teacher is the Teacher representative.
